What is included in a full groom?
A full groom includes:  a wash in warm  water, double shampoo, blow dry, thorough brush and comb, ear clean, nail trim and a style cut. 

How long does it take to have the dog groomed?
Please allow between 11/2 and 2hours for each appointment.

Can I wait with my dog?
OH and S prevents us from allowing owners into the grooming area with their dog.

Do you sedate dogs to groom them?
At no time will we use sedatives on dogs.

Does the dog have to be shaved?
The length of the cut is totally dependent on the condition of the dogs coat, if it is free of knots the coat can be left as long as desired. 

Dogs only have to have short trims when their coats are matted. We choose to style the coat as long as possible, and can usually remove recent knots but if any part of the coat is matted this will dictate the length of the overall groom.

Do I need an appointment to get my dogs nails trimmed?
No appoinment is required to get your dogs nails trimmed please remember we are closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday.
